Information we collect: when you book an appointment, send a message through Contact, or check in at the front desk, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you provide. If you pay online or leave a card on file for a deposit, payment is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it: to schedule and manage your appointment, send booking confirmations and receipts by email, respond to messages you send us, and contact you about your visit if needed. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Cookies: our website uses only the cookies needed to make booking and our staff tools work (for example, keeping you signed in to our internal system) — no advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
Retention: we keep appointment and contact records for as long as needed to run the business and meet our recordkeeping obligations, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
Your choices: to ask what information we have about you, or to request it be corrected or deleted, contact us using the information on our Contact page.
